Winifred is a seasoned Human Resource professional and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) Ghana, with 21 years of experience spanning Human Resource Management, Events Management, Administration, Sales Management, and Business Development.
She holds an Executive Master's in Leadership and Governance from Central University and a Certificate in Human Resource (SPHRi TM) from the Cambridge Centre of Excellence.
This blend of HR expertise, event management skill, and disciplined leadership is what shapes every engagement at Thesislord Consult — precise, people-centred, and rooted in integrity.
